Ingredients:
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
⅓ cup granulated sugar substitute (Monkfruit Sweetener)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
3 tablespoons keto semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Keto marshmallows
Directions: In a medium saucepan add almond milk, heavy whipping cream, pumpkin, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Whisk ingredients together. Heat mixture over medium heat, until hot but not boiling. Whisk frequently while heating. Remove from heat. Whisk in vanilla. Serve immediately. Top with Keto marshmallows |
