Yields 1-2 servings
8 oz. non-dairy milk (I used Hemp)
1 cup organic baby spinach
1 cup frozen or fresh organic berries (I used fresh raspberries and blueberries and frozen strawberries)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons Hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon maca
Monkfruit Sweetener (or other natural sweetener) to taste
Mint leaves (optional)
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency. To make smoothie thicker, add 1/3 cup to 1 cup ice and blend.
Garnish with fresh a raspberry and mint leaves.
