Bamboo Sheets Help Eliminate Night Sweats!

6/18/2023

Bamboo sheets are made from pulped bamboo fibers which is one of the best materials for people who experience night sweats.

Bamboo is porous.  This allows hot air can escape instead of getting trapped in the sheets as well as wicking up your sweat so that it evaporates quickly.

Bamboo requires absolutely no herbicides or pesticides.  Cut like grass when harvested, bamboo is one of the most sustainable natural fibers. It regenerates very quickly.

Bamboo has many antibacterial qualities that make it able to repel and eliminate any bacteria that may try to harm the plant itself.  Once this organic bamboo has been manufactured into a bamboo sheet, it still retains these antibacterial qualities.
Most fabrics that are advertised as anti-microbial have most definitely had chemical treatment applied to the textile or into the yarn itself. Bamboo fibers are naturally anti-microbial, only 100% bamboo textiles contain an agent called ‘bamboo kunh'. This agent prevents bacteria from cultivating. It is one of the best fibers for people who suffer from allergies to bed or dust mites.
Great for Night Sweats!

Another reason for making the switch to bamboo sheets is that bamboo fabric can adjust to your body temperature. It is one of the fasting wicking fabrics available, making these sheets much more breathable than any fine cotton sheet. The individual fibers have cross sections filled with micro-holes and micro-gaps. This gives bamboo fabric the ability to absorb moisture 3-4 times that of cotton. The same characteristics give it it’s amazing wicking abilities. The best bedding for night sweats!

Bamboo fabric stays 2-3 degrees cooler in warmer temperatures and 2-3 degrees warmer when it’s cold.  So you will stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Bamboo bedding allows for the body to breathe and let air naturally flow over and around the person.

When cotton sheets heat up they retain much more moisture than bamboo sheets so bacteria is quick to form - tests have shown bed mites can form on our sheets in just hours after lying on them. Yuck!

Bamboo will kill bed mites leaving your sheets feeling fresh and odor free for much longer than any cotton sheet can.
