Yields 1-2 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup Brazil Nut milk (or your favorite nut milk)
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
1 teaspoon caramel, melted
fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Put all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
To make smoothie thicker, add 1/3 cup to 1 cup ice and blend.
