There are not one but two International Tea Days - May 21st and December 15th. The United Nations proclaimed May 21st as a global celebration of tea in honor of its cultural and economic importance. Justice and fair trade in nations that produce tea are the topics of discussion on December 15th. Since approximately 20-30% of the global population are regular tea drinkers, here are some tea-inspired recipes: Rooibos Honey Bubble Tea (Boba) To make boba, a popular Taiwanese drink, you'll need four ingredients: ice, brewed tea, chewy-sweet tapioca pearls, and a creamy liquid—half-and-half, or any non-dairy drink.
